This website describes the painting and wall-finishing work Procity Painters carries out, and shows examples of completed projects. It is published for general information. Nothing on a public page forms a contract, a fixed price or a professional assessment of your property.

Guidance on these pages

Articles, service pages and frequently asked questions describe how we normally approach a type of work. Every building is different. Surface condition, damp, previous coatings, movement, ventilation and use all change what a wall needs, and none of that can be judged from a web page. Treat the guidance as background for a conversation, not as an instruction to follow on your own property.

Colour and finish images

Photographs, swatches and the colour tools on this site are reproduced on a screen. Screen brightness, colour profile, room light and the camera that took the original all shift how a colour reads. A colour approved from a screen can look materially different once it is on your wall. Approve a colour from a physical sample painted in the actual room, in the light that room gets.

Portfolio photographs

Project images show work we completed, under the lighting and staging available on the day. They are examples of our workmanship, not a promise that another property will produce the same result. Location labels are broad service areas, chosen so a client's street, estate or address is not published.

Prices

Any figure shown publicly is indicative. A price that binds us is the one written into a quotation issued for your project, after the scope is agreed and, where needed, the surfaces have been inspected. Quotations carry their own validity period and assumptions.

Payment links and messages

Invoice and payment links are issued for a single invoice and are private to the client who received them. Procity Painters does not ask for a payment through social media comments or through an account you cannot verify. If a message, link, account number or invoice looks unfamiliar, stop and confirm it using the contact details published on this website before paying anything.

Availability

We aim to keep the site accurate and reachable, but content can go out of date and the service can be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Where a page conflicts with your signed quotation or invoice, those documents apply.
