The website provides general information about services and portfolio work. A page, photograph or guide is not a binding project quotation. Finish appearance varies with surface condition, lighting, product, application and the agreed scope.

Quotations

A quotation is valid for the stated period and based on the listed assumptions. Review included surfaces, preparation, materials, access, timing, protection, payment stages and exclusions before acceptance. Changes should be agreed in writing.

Site conditions

The client should disclose known leaks, damp, structural movement, restricted access and fragile or valuable items. Hidden conditions found after work begins may require a revised scope or specialist repair. Paint is not a substitute for correcting an active building defect.

Timing

Programmes are planned in good faith and may be affected by site access, weather, drying, material availability, additional repairs or approved variations. Material delays or changes should be communicated promptly.

Payments

Payments are due according to the accepted quotation or invoice. Part payment is available only where shown. Online payment status may remain pending until provider verification completes. A receipt follows the verified business record.

Handover and concerns

The agreed scope should be reviewed at handover. Report a concern promptly with the project reference and photographs. The cause will be assessed against the agreed workmanship, surface condition, moisture, later damage, cleaning and any written cover terms.

Portfolio media

We use broad service-area labels and aim to exclude private identifiers. Publication does not transfer ownership of a client's property information or reveal the exact site.
