Requesting a quotation

A useful first enquiry includes the broad service area, property type, surfaces involved, current wall condition and expected timing. A site inspection may be required before the final price because photographs do not always show moisture, adhesion or access issues.

Reading the scope

Review the included rooms or elevations, preparation, materials arrangement, protection, cleanup, timing assumptions and exclusions. Ask questions before accepting. A change in room count, finish complexity or hidden repair condition may require a written variation.

Invoices and public links

An invoice link is specific to that invoice. Check the invoice number, business details, total, amount paid and balance before making a payment. Do not post a private invoice or payment link publicly. If anything looks unfamiliar, use the official contact details on this website to verify it.

Part payments

Part payment is available only where the accepted quotation or invoice allows it. The invoice should show the amount already recorded and the outstanding balance. Payment stages do not alter the project scope unless a written change is agreed.

Payment verification

An online gateway payment may remain pending until the provider response is verified. Bank transfers should use the requested reference. If evidence is requested, share it through the approved private channel rather than posting it publicly.

Receipts

A receipt is issued after the payment is recorded and verified. Keep the invoice and receipt references for future questions. A payment screenshot by itself is not a substitute for verification in the business records.

Reminders

The system may send an unpaid or part-payment reminder according to the configured schedule. A part-payment reminder should request only the outstanding balance. Fully paid, void or cancelled invoices should not continue to receive payment reminders.

Cancellations and refunds

Any cancellation, material commitment, completed work or refund position depends on the accepted quotation and the stage reached. Contact the admin team promptly. No automatic refund or cancellation right is created by this general guide.
